Using PDF AI
You may use the tools to process documents you own or have permission to handle. Do not submit unlawful material, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s files.
Current access
All tools are currently free and available without an account. Limits apply to upload size, file count, queue capacity, and request frequency. Future plans or limits will be described before any paid service is introduced.
Check your result
Conversion and OCR can alter formatting or produce errors. Review downloaded documents before relying on them. Keep your originals; PDF AI is not a storage or backup service.
Signatures and sensitive work
Adding a signature image is not the same as a certificate-backed digital signature. Text redaction and metadata cleanup require careful output review. Use any workflow required by the intended recipient or your organization.
Availability
The service may be unavailable or an individual file may fail to process. Features and limits may change as the product develops. Temporary results are automatically cleaned up, as described in the privacy policy.
